The new Disclosure Regulation EU 2019/2088 specifically aims at financial market participants and financial advisors
A participant is defined as a person or group who offers, creates, or manages any of the aforementioned products. A financial advisor, however, is a person or group who provides investment or insurance advice related to any of these financial products.
